Two Point Campus, Two Point Studio’s upcoming quirky management simulator, has been delayed. The game was scheduled to come out in just a few weeks in May, however, it was announced that the game’s release has been pushed back a few months to August.
Two Point Studios has announced the postponement of its next educational simulator due to its goal of releasing all versions of the game optimized for all platforms. The new release date for Two Point Campus is August 9, 2022, so set it in your school journals.
The Two Point game series offers players the opportunity to become administrators of various institutions across Two Point County. Previously, players had to figure out the best way to build and manage a ward in Two Point Hospital. This time, the focus has shifted to a college or university, with the intention of delivering courses of the highest quality, from the Knight School to Gastronomy.
In a press release announcing the delay, Mark Webley, Game Director at Two Point Studios, says, “Our ambition from the beginning was to launch Two Point Campus on all PC and console platforms simultaneously with the quality and standard that our community expects from us. . This means that we will need a little extra time with Two Point Campus to ensure we deliver the best possible game that can be enjoyed equally across all platforms. We will use these additional three months to optimize Two Point Campus for all platforms. is ready just in time before the start of the new school year!”
Two Point Hospital originally launched on PC and other computer platforms in 2018, and Two Point Studios released the console versions two years later in 2020. It’s a shame we’ll have to wait a little longer to teach students about it. Scientography (yes Scientography, it’s the new science) of my experience with the preview (opens in new tab) build will be worth the wait.
