PlayStation State of Play 2022 Summer Stream: How to watch

The ghost of Sony’s E3 show is early to party, with a 30 minutes of live streaming (opens in new tab) of “exciting reveals” from third-party developers, as well as “a preview of several games in development for PlayStation VR2” planned for later today.

It will be interesting to see if we get more PC ports or simultaneous releases from this show. It might be too soon after the game’s initial announcement in September, but I’m hoping for a real look at Aspyr’s remake of Knights of the Old Republic.

Sony State of Play Summer 2022: where to watch

Easy: Watch the YouTube video embedded above. Or you can go to Sony’s official website Muscular contraction (opens in new tab) or Youtube channel (opens in new tab).

This latest State of Play is scheduled to 3pm PST / 6pm EST / 12pm CET.

State of Play Summer 2022: what to expect

Sony has been a little more generous to PC gamers in recent years, and we can see some action in this live stream. A number of PlayStation ports from last year massive Nvidia leak (opens in new tab) are still unaccounted for, and any one of them can receive an official announcement here. The next Uncharted Collection: Legacy of Thieves (opens in new tab) still need a release date.

One thing you won’t see? Bloodborne on PC (opens in new tab).

Never. Will not happen. Not a million years from now… but maybe this clever reverse psychology will please the universe and make a miracle happen.
