Elden Ring has Jesus now

The mythologies of the Souls series are, like almost all mythologies, built on archetypes and what came before. The worlds and characters are based on various myth systems and one of the prominent topics is the various forms of Christianity – so it’s probably about time Jesus himself appeared.

The player Mar_Reddit recently invaded Limgrave and was greeted by the son of god, who was accompanied by the fallen angel Lucifer (thank you kotaku). Naturally, the first thing to do was pray, after that… things escalated.

After the prayer, Mar_Reddit and Jesus team up to defeat Satan. After that, things escalate even further until essentially Jesus is defeated by the Tree Watchman. This version of the son of god unfortunately lacks resurrection qualities, so that’s all He wrote.

So… expect Elden Ring to start appearing on Christian TV soon. These games have always supported smart roleplay ideas, whether traditional or more practical: as is the case with Legend of the hunt for Malenia that is Let Me Solo Her. However, Jesus appears to be a thing in Elden Ring, with several other videos showing similar constructions.

There is something undeniably comforting about knowing that He is out there doing the Lord’s work. News from our lord and savior aside, Elden Ring has recently received a small hotfix, that followed a major update (which fixed Patches). Elsewhere in the Midlands, a player encountered a mysterious coliseum that may well be destined for DLCwhile another creating mini-summon armies to pulverize bosses.
