online backup for personal website

will allow me to backup or sync documents from one or more pc's to server space on my personal website.
My corp firewall wont allow me to use any of the online services, like dropbox of foldershare...but I am able to reach my personal website...so since Im paying for that space monthly...I might as well use it.
I know I could use FTP to upload/download files...but I'm hoping to run something server side that will check and sync certain folders on my pc/laptop.
Any ideas?

You could write and schedule a script to do this using AutoIt. It takes a little work, but its a fun learning process... and very handy knowledge to have.

I have found the forums to be incredibly helpful with just about everything I could think of trying to do, provided you are willing to put a little work into it yourself and don't expect someone to do it all for you.
Thx for the info...I've never heard of autoit...so I'll give it a shot.
