The latest release is 1.01--http://www.majorgeeks.com/IObit_SmartDefrag_d5318.html.
Just doing first defrag and optimise, and it's saying 130 hours to complete, and still going up,so me thinks back to 1.0,no problems with that.
I also like Piriform Defraggler and Auslogics DiskDefrag (both are 100% free without ads)
I too use JKDefrag and have found that this program has actually made my computer start and run faster.
I used the program immediately after downloading it. It comes as a zip file.
After installing, I found that the speed of this utility program is faster than the beta. It also has scheduling properties along with several other options. It analyzed and defragged a 260GB hard drive in a matter of two minutes. Absolutely terrific program.
Personally, I use JKDefrag and I love it. I did download this and I'll try it out.
Plainly said, both are good.
