Hi All,

I stumble on a site mentioning the above mentioned registry / Spyware cleaner, what i wanted to know if anybody is familiar with this software and if it is any good or if this could be harmful software, as registry cleaners tend to fix errors that should not be fixed.

it is a scam. High affiliate payouts is the first sign.
they also get a red from McAfee Site Adviser:

Also see Registryrxdotnet-exact same product, different name. Another telltale sign of scam-exact same wording on page.
