Creating A LInk To Program File Instructions?

Hi All,

I have some instructions emails to me, "On your desktop, create a link
to the program file: C:\Program Files\SystemScheduler\Scheduler.exe
-then every time you run this System Scheduler GUI will start."

Any suggestions or feedback as to how to resolve this problem,
and please post any step by step instructions as well.

Please keep it simple.

Thanks in advance for the help.

Go to C:\Program Files\SystemScheduler\ and right-click on the Scheduler.exe and select "Send to" and then select "Desktop (create shortcut)"

When you double-click on the shortcut the System Scheduler GUI will open.

Keroffs,

thanks for the feedback, tried searching for
Scheduler.exe, and it could not be found.

how do I put this link into the folder,
then I can create that shortcut?

thanks,

jjoe

If you could not find scheduler.exe, then you have not installed the program yet.
Did you run the installer for this program?
You cannot make a shortcut to the program unless the program has been installed.
