BitLord-Phylis-moved from comments
I use BitLord, have for some time. Interface is very easy to navigate for those new to torrents. When downloading a torrent with several files, you can select / deselect which files to download. Probably a fancy name for that function but I'm far from being a torrent pro.
BitLord is based upon an old buggy Bitcomet code and is banned at all private trackers.

Last I looked, BitLord did not even have encryption, a feature that is helpful to most all users.
Also, its DHT is not a proper one and that can affect speed as DHT will find additional people active on the torrent.
uTorrent has all the features that BitLord has, , and more, with a smaller footprint.
uTorrent is a better choice.
I think the term they use is "selective downloading" option.

Well thanks for the feedback on BitLord. Didn't know all that and haven't paid much attention as I don't use torrents that much. Will give uTorrent a try. Love these reviews and comments. Very useful.

I think you will be happier with uTorrent.
If not, then you can always switch back. Torrents can be moved between clients.
Thanks for the comments.

hey so i am having a lot of trouble migrating the torrent files that i have partially downloaded using bitlord to utorrent....Any suggestions???
Yes. This guide from uTorrent will help with that:

If you have any Qs, post back.

I have installed BitLord and will run it with the others on my next test run (although unlikely to be suggested due to its being banned at private trackers).
But I did want to post its memory use of 16,268K, which puts it on the higher end of the basic clients,
